To register and participate in any of AuSM's camps:
- You must be a current member of the Autism Society of Minnesota
- You must live in
the 5-state area (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North
Dakota, South Dakota)
- You must fulfill all Camp registration
and payment deadlines

The summer camp registration brochure is on its way to your mailbox or inbox. You can download the online version here. Registration will open on 1/30/12. To verify your address

Packets
2012 Camper packets will be available for download and a link provided to you via email once placement is confirmed. Packets can be mailed if you are not able to download the material. Please contact camp staff at camp@ausm.org or 651.647.1083 x16 for this service.
NEW PACKETS THIS YEAR:
The camper packets have been updated this year. Please be sure to read ALL the directions before completing the forms.
The packet is in two parts, so be sure to download and read BOTH parts.
Return Part 1 to AuSM office by mail after completed.
Keep Part 2 for your reference.
Send the packing page, at the end of Part 2, with your camper to camp.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING FORMS (WORD)
Click in the grey areas and enter your information.
Depending on your version of Word you may not see a grey box but instead the words "form text." You should still be able to enter your information and overwrite the words "form text".
If you are unable to complete these forms using Word, please print and complete by hand.
Keep a copy of Part 1 in case it is lost or delayed in the mail. Since the packet contains sensitive information about the campers, we would prefer for parents to mail back the packets or deliver in person. DO NOT fax or email them back. AuSM is not responsible for information sent over the web or by fax.
