Support Services
Parent Advocate

Our Parent Advocate, Sandy Dolce, provides both support and direction to parents of children ASD to make informed decisions about their children’s care and education. It’s easy to reach the Parent Advocate. Just call the information service at (651) 647-1083 x.10 and ask to have the parent advocate return your call. You may also reach her by email at advocate@ausm.org, or by leaving a voicemail at (651) 647-1083 x.18.

The Parent Advocate can give an overview of service possibilities such as school, county, and private therapy. The advocate can also listen to current concerns and help a parent to prioritize issues and decide where to start. In addition, the Parent Advocate is available to meet with support groups to discuss a number of concerns shared by many parents of children with ASD.
