AuSM Social Skills Transportation Policy
For the safety of our AuSM Social Skills class participants, AuSM Social Skills students under age 18 will be released only to the parents/caregivers on the registration form. If someone other than those listed on the registration form will be providing transportation to a student under age 18, parents/caregivers must provide written documentation giving their permission. If a transportation provider arrives who does not have permission to provide transportation, the participant’s emergency contact will be contacted immediately. Transportation providers other than the parents/guardians of the participant are required to provide photo identification.
AuSM Class Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation: If a class is cancelled or postponed, AuSM will attempt to notify you via phone, using the phone number provided with your registration. We also will post notice of cancellations and postponements on www.ausm.org.
Cancellation by program organizer: AuSM reserves the right to cancel a class due to low registrations or other circumstances that make the class non-viable. If AuSM cancels a class, registrants will be offered a full refund. If the class is postponed, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same class at the new, future date.
